NonPersistent Attribute - documentation (SOLVED)

Mar 19, 2013 at 5:25 AM
I see in the documentation that you should be able to add the NonPersistent attribute to a property or a field (http://docs.ndatabase.net/index.html?non_persistent_attribute.html), but when adding it to a property on my model I'm told its only able to be used on a field and looking at the code I see that as well.

Is this limitation due to auto-properties or something else? Would rather continue to use properties instead of switching to fields

Thanks for the great work!

Hello,
unfortunately because of properties nature behind of the scene (they become methods) it is possible to only mark fields which are responsible for the state of your objects.

In documentation should be: To apply it, you just need to mark field by attribute: I don't have an access to my computer now, but when I will be back (end of the week) I will apply the fix for documentation.

Thanks for catching that,
